Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Moomonitor+ applications (Website, Android and iOS). When you register with us and use these applications, you generally provide your name, email address, and password.
We also store information you enter into our system when using the applications, such as animal details and events. This information is used to provide you with up to date notifications and information regarding your animals.
We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
In addition, the applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the applications.
Our applications use “Cookies” to identify the areas of our applications that you have visited. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser or mobile device. We use Cookies to personalize the content that you see on our applications. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of Cookies. However, if you disable Cookies, you may not be able to access functionality on our applications correctly or at all.
Our applications do not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
A key feature of our applications are notifications/alerts sent directly to your phone or via email or text. This feature can be turned off via the app. We may also use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
You can stop all collection of information by the applications easily by uninstalling the applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at support@dairymaster.com
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the applications, please contact us at support@dairymaster.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the applications to function properly.
We do not use the applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@dairymaster.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here . you are advised to consult this privacy policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the Republic of Ireland. If you reside outside the Republic of Ireland your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under Republic of Ireland privacy standards.
